This notice covers the Staar Uniadvise website and enquiries you send to Staar through its contact options. Staar is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For a privacy question or request, email apply@staarunited.com with “Privacy” in the subject.
Information we receive
The enquiry form asks for your name, the pathway you are interested in and your preferred destination. Email, phone number and a short message are optional. If you contact us directly, we receive the message and the contact or profile details your chosen service shares with the recipient.
Please keep an initial enquiry brief. This form does not request uploads, passport or Aadhaar numbers, bank details, payment information or medical records. If your application later needs documents, we will discuss what is needed and how to provide it.
How enquiries reach us
Selecting “Continue” prepares your enquiry in the browser. Send it through WhatsApp or your email app to reach Staar. The website does not store enquiry drafts in a database, local storage or cookies; your browser may separately offer autofill or restore a page.
WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own privacy policies, which may include processing outside your country. Message links may appear in your browser or app history.

We use the information you send to understand your question, respond, arrange a conversation and provide the guidance or support you request. If you select “Keep me updated”, we may also send relevant updates about courses, training and Staar services. You can stop marketing updates at any time by replying to a message or emailing apply@staarunited.com.
We do not sell enquiry information. If you later ask us to help with an application, we will explain the information needed and the relevant recipients, such as the institution, before helping you submit it.
Who may handle it, and for how long
Enquiries may be handled by the Staar team and the communication or service providers needed to respond and deliver the support you request. We may also retain or disclose information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or deal with a dispute.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to answer you, provide the requested service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to remove information we no longer need. Deleting information from Staar’s records does not automatically delete copies held by your messaging or email provider.

To ask about information we hold, correct it, request deletion, stop marketing updates or further follow-up, or raise a concern, email apply@staarunited.com or contact us through your existing conversation.
Please give enough context for us to locate the enquiry. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. If something must be retained or a request cannot be completed, we will explain why. Withdrawing permission may limit support that needs your information.

We have not added advertising pixels or visitor-analytics trackers to this website. Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs, and may use essential cookies for delivery, security or access controls.
Budget calculations run in your browser. A downloaded budget file is saved to your device. Country-update panels request official-source information without including your enquiry fields. Links to universities, authorities and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
